  Wow! Now you have a good team ready to get going and its time to challenge other players. Go to challenge, where you can see the list of players who are online. Click on the challenge to see their team and if it's ok to you, challenge him. An invitation will be sent to the player and if he accepts your challenge, play will get started. If someone challenged you, you'll get a message on the top of your page. Saying '* challenges waiting for your approval click here to view' and on the other page, you have the option to see other person's player details and formations. And you can decide whether to accept the challenge or decline it. Once you accepted, game starts playing after a few minutes, and you can view the result in the result page.

Remember if you lose a match you will loss 1% of you team cash, and if you win the match you will be awarded 1% of other person's team cash. So if you loss 100 game straight, you are out of the match this month. Every month, the team cash will be reset to decide manager of the month. Manager of the month is the person who has highest team cash.
